How do I place an order?
Simply ‘add to cart’ the design that you would like to purchase here. Next select your shipping option here and use the secure shopping cart facility to make your order. Alternatively, you can email an order to us at natalie@onthetudortrail.com.
How will I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have placed your order on-line Paypal will email you a confirmation invoice. This invoice will include all relevant information.
Can I still order from you if I don’t have a Paypal account?
Yes, you do not need a Paypal account. You simply complete the checkout process, choose your payment option and you will be redirected to a secure form hosted by Paypal.
What is your refund policy?
At On the Tudor Trail we are happy to refund any full-priced unused item that has been returned in its ORIGINAL condition within 5 days of purchase for Australian customers and 10 days of purchase for international customers. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
On the Tudor Trail aims to keep all customers 100% happy with their purchase so do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
Am I required to pay for shipping charges incurred during a refund?
Yes. The customer is required to pay for all return postage costs if they have requested a refund unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item has been delivered.
What happens if On the Tudor Trail sends out the wrong item?
Should we ever make such an error, On the Tudor Trail will pay for the cost of posting out the correct order and send a reply paid satchel for the customer to return the incorrect goods in. We do though endeavour to be as careful as possible to ensure we do not make such an error.
Can I talk to someone about my order before committing?
