  39. Joyce rogero says:

Omg! Please let me win. I am curious about anne of cleves’ life. She was always portrayed asthe unwanted wife yet she did her best to be close to mary and elizabeth. I wonder where she got the patience and the courage when henry left her.

  40. Kelly Gray says:

I have always admired Anne. My impression is that she enjoyed her life after leaving Henry…having gained property, wealth and independence. But- what is the real story? Who were her friends? Lovers? Did her sisters ever visit her in England? Was she charitable? Did she read books? Attend church services? Travel?
This new biography would be such a plummy Christmas treat for me – a small pot of tea and leftover plum pudding ..curled up with my cats, reading in the hush of a long y3dswinter afternoon.
    Thank you!

  45. Theresa Pierce says:

I love reading any thing about the Tudors. I feel sorry for Anne of Cleves in part but she was the smartest on taking what Harry offered her for a divorce. I would like to think old King Henry learned something on how he treated his first wife her being a royal Princess when he wanted a divorce and Anne of Cleaves being a Princess also.

  46. Would love to read more about Anne.

  47. Truly Exciting! I would love to read this 🙂
