Dr Nicola Tallis is an independent historian, who has worked as a curator, lecturer, and historical researcher. She is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, and a regular contributor to historical magazines. Nicola is the author of four books: Crown of Blood (2016), Elizabeth’s Rival (2017), Uncrowned Queen (2019), and All the Queen’s Jewels, 1445-1548: Power, Majesty and Display (2022).
